"Just wanted to let you know that I have really been enjoying my Martin. The upgrade you gave it was well worth it. It sounds great all the way up the neck, and the action is much better than when I bought it last year."
Why do bridges sometimes need to be replaced?
Typically bridges require replacement because of damage sustained from prolonged exposure to string tension. Cracks across the pin holes, cracks at the saddle slot, severe warping from a failed bridge/top glue joint, incorrect intonation, previous repairs and poor bridge design can all render a bridge unfit for duty.
